After a long twelve-year gap Master Chief is finally making his return to the PC with the newly updated master chief collection, which will be launched in 2019 the same year as the next mainline game is supposed to launch. This came as a pretty big surprise to a lot of fans for the halo genre to see the game return back to PC.

Microsoft revealed the collection coming to PC via steam during the Inside Xbox live stream on Tuesday they also said rather than make every game in the collection and make them available on PC at once They are going to start with Halo: Reach and  go in order from there and that way they can get the game out sooner and not have to wait for the entire collection to be done to get fans the taste of halo on the PC they have been missing

Halo Reach will be the first to release and will be available later this year and will include Forge and Theater multiplayer content. In addition to owning the original Master Chief collection on the Xbox One. You will get the halo reach update for free as an add-on but will have to pay for the campaign and firefight portions of the game as a separately downloadable add-on.

Halo 2 was the last game to have been added to PC back in 2007 after that the Halo franchise remained a purely on Xbox early last year a group of dedicated fans tried to change that by making the heavily modded Halo: Online that was released in Russia but was shut down and called it ELDewrito which brought back the halo community to PC. But was ultimately put on hold after Microsoft stepped in.

The modded Halo: Online is still up and available to play and still has a decent amount of support just further development of the game is on standby.

OVERWATCH LEAGUE TEAMS SHARE THOUGHTS ABOUT MOVING TO RESPECTED HOME CITIES

This is the first time in the two seasons of the Overwatch League, where the teams will finally be heading home to their home cities. This has put teams in tough situations because for the past two seasons the teams have been playing in Burbank California as well as living near there. The teams are under pressure because with the already intense practice schedules the new season for 2020 will have them traveling all over the place in 1 of 19 different cities. Half of every team schedule will be played in their new home town spots while the other half will be played away games

Also, It was said that the teams will play more games with neighboring teams so road travel is as impactful and it’s more efficient for teams. This is still causing coaches and players alike to be worried about it since the entire league that used to be centralized is now moving across the world. That’s not the only thing that’s causing them to stress the grueling practice and play schedules the athletes and coaches have to go through. player burnout isn’t something that is new to the league and many fear that this change will cause more of it. Some teams will have exceptionally larger travel distances like the overseas teams such as Seoul Dynasty from South Korea,

It is not all bad things, though the players are excited to have a home field and play in the city they represent just like you would at a football game or really any other sports. Which leads to the next problem in this transition player trades. Player trades are a common thing in sports you see it happen every season, but unlike the world of the NBA or the NFL players are moving across countries to join different teams that they aren’t living in. This is what could happen to players when the new changes are put through in 2020. It seems like the league wants a pseudo-NFL and the different teams to actually have physical representation rather than an only digital and name one.

The Division 2 launched today and if you are a fan of the first Division you will love the second one since they decided to improve on the small thing in this sequel, but the core fundamental and gameplay you grew to enjoy in the first installment of this looter shooter is back and ready for you. If you weren’t a fan of the first one the 2nd one will not be your cup of tea since they didn’t change any of the fundamentals of the game but rather improve rather than overall the system already in play.

So gear up and strap in for the ride that will take you to a war-torn Washington, DC 7 months after the events that took place in the Divison one.
