Commodores Basketball Stay Undefeated

The Lady Commodores are now 5-0 since they beat Lurleen B. Wallace Community College last night 74-40. They did this without one of their main players, D’Asia Gregg who will not be eligible unto the Spring semester. They also narrowly beat Southwestern after coming back from a double digit deficit. In two weeks they will travel to Rome Georgia to take on Walter State and Georgia Highlands. The next time the Lady Commodores will play at home will be the JUCO Shootout Dec. 6-7 where they will play Palm Beach and Daytona State. The Lady Commodores goal is to continue this track of a great season and hopefully another National Championship. Let’s Go Lady Commodores!

The Boys Basketball team beat Georgia Highlands 105-84 Thursday night. Ironically Gulf Coast Coach Phil Gaffney was the former coach for Georgia Highlands.  will take on Daytona State on November 16, 2019 at 2:00 at the Billy Harrison Field House. After that, their next game will be November 26, 2019 at 7:30 at the Billy Harrison Field House. So far the Commodores are 2-0. Let’s Go Commodores!
