The mission of Florida Panhandle Golf Therapy Alliance, Inc. (FPGTA) is to improve the physical, mental, and emotional health of veterans, first responders, and others who have suffered physical injuries and PTSD — as well as children with any disabilities, all through learning and playing golf.
This nonprofit was formed by James “Tip” Tipton, and works in partnership with Stand Up and Play Foundation.

As a graduate student at the University of Florida and current Assistant Coordinator of Commodore Productions, Danie often has her nose buried in a book. She is often looking for opportunities to practice her writing by covering student projects, and promoting collegiate collaboration.
