SJS quality development
SJSFGC made a few leaps regarding development after there first 2 tournaments. Previously, there were many ups and downs that were happening regarding the first two tournaments such as miscommunication, Lack of timing, and problems regarding players not following the rules. They had a meeting and were talking about what to do to up there quality and look more appealing in order for more players to want to join.
Regarding the meeting. The people involved in the meeting were Northkid_2, Evan, KoldKoffee, Natsu, and CirillaIsAlwaysBored. This meeting in particular had a major leap regarding on actually making a logo for SJSFGC. There were multiple fonts that they had in mind as seen in the “SJS branding Vision Doc”. It was mainly regarding ideas for graphics for their future tournament streams in order to make everything look a bit more appealing inside of the document, the logo conversation was more vocal than typed in the document. The result of the meeting was a bit more of clearing everything and getting everyone on the same page which worked out fine. It would take another week or two until they would get the concept of the SJS logo that they were looking for.

SJSFGC's first slow slump
As SJSFGC was continuing to expand and work on increasing there quality, there was a small bit of backlash with some of the people that started the group. People like Legi6n, Wolfcordhd, SkAr, and others slowly were a tad more inactive as they moved forward. About a month later (April, 2023), the logo was almost finalized and completed and at the same time they had gotten a top 8 graphic completed. However this did not stop things from being slowed down. Tournaments were still going as they were upgrading but they were starting to lack funds to support the tournaments which became a bit of a deficit. They continued on however as they were on verge of getting a huge upgrade within the next few months.
