Persona 5 Big Announcement Soon – This Week In Gaming

Persona 5 makes a surprise announcement that doesn’t pertain to the previous project of P5R  there was a new teaser site of the critically acclaimed game persona 5 that is out on PS4 and PS3. The company revealed it was going to announce something related to the persona on the 25th of this month with a website that for some reason has P5S in the URL. It was announced that a new release of the PS4 version of the game was going to be coming out soon called Persona 5 The Royal but this announcement had its own website which has the URL of P5R in it.

A lot of the speculation that’s coming from this is the fact that Persona 5 main character is coming to the switch via Super Smash Brothers Ultimate a Nintendo exclusive that will be launching sometime this month so they consensus is that the P5S website is going to be the announcement that Persona 5 is being ported to the switch it would also be a nice touch if that the same day the character comes out in smash. Nintendo big 3.0 update is around the corner as they have confirmed it is in development and that joker would be coming out this month so all that is left to do is wait for the 25th to see what is in store.

Darksiders Brings war to the switch

Darksiders the first game out of the trilogy of games is remasted and making a return on the switch featuring the iconic story and gameplay of the original only beefed up visually and now portable. This hack and slash is the perfect time suck for anyone looking for that rich single player experience you dont get anymore since most developers focus multiplayer first which isn’t a bad thing its common practice and its always refreshing to get those single player only games back.

Darksiders: Warmastered features a ton of variety. For instance, you’ll gradually build your armory of gadgets and abilities as you progress. you’ll be engaged in combat with hordes of demons one moment the next you are face to face squaring off with a boss hundred times bigger than you, then all of a sudden you will be racking your brain trying to figure out the next step in a puzzle.

Darksiders: Warmastered being the first in a 3 game long saga each letting you play as one of the horsemen of the apocalypse this one being war and it being re-released out for the switch is the perfect way for people to jump in and witness the epic trilogy from the beginning and then jumping over to the sequels that live up to the hype of the first one.

Fortnite Adds Respawns

Epic Games in a recent dev stream showed off the new and latest thing being added to the game that is the reboot van Epic’s answer to the really popular feature in competitor battle royal game  Apex Legends that introduced the respawn system into the battle royal genre. The new feature allows the players in the game to bring back squadmates that have died. Reboot vans and Reboot cards will be added.

When a fellow squad mate falls in battle grab their reboot card and head on over to one of the many van locations and pop the card in once this happens an audio and visual que will display to nearby players both friendly and enemy and your squadmates will start spawning in on top of the van ready to get back into action. Much like in apex your squadmates will spawn in empty handed and will need to regear and the van will be disabled for some time.

Head Back into the Borderlands

As mentioned last week that today there would be more info on Borderlands on April 3rd one of the things was that it was going to be the launch of the new remasted 4k update to Borderlands.

The new update includes the new updated features such as shift support and different heads for more customization on characters. along with new legendary weapons and updated boss encounters. The game also comes with all the DLC offered in the first one The DLC being The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned, Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, and Clatrap’s New Robot Revolution.

That’s 4DLCc for free on PC or a lower price on Xbox and PlayStation. Like Previously mentioned it comes as a free update to people who own the original game on Steam all that you have to do is install borderlands and it should register your account and give you the newly remastered version in your steam library free of charge download that one and you are now free to roam the borderlands.
