SGA prides itself on being able to bring students a variety of events in order to encourage them to become more involved and engaged in campus activities.  While these things usually go off without a hitch, there are things which are beyond their control.  .  .like the weather.  Unfortunately, this year, the Fall Festival and Trunk-or-Treat were cancelled due to inclement weather.  However, if you were lucky enough to be on campus on All Hallows Eve, you would have found a productive, albeit, small, trick-or-treating event in the lower portion of the Cafeteria.  Certain clubs and representatives were able to come together last minute to set up tables and hand out candy.  And it did not go unnoticed by some of the more appreciative students.

“It wasn’t what I expected”, said an anonymous student, “But we all appreciated the fact that they tried.  And who doesn’t like free candy?”

“I didn’t expect to see the staff dressed up.  It was kind of cool that they let their hair down. There was even someone spraying silly string!”

Fortunately, this weeks forecast is expected to be nice and dry.  Come on down for Super Saturday!  This is your opportunity to talk with advisors and sign up for the Spring 2020 semester.  This Saturday at the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
